Space Flow a space travel themed digital board-game prototype that can be played by 2-4 players. In order to reach your destination and keep yourselves alive you must cooperate with others. 

There are 4 player roles in the game and all of them have different abilities and capabilities, these are;

  • Engineer: He/she can move up to 6 blocks at a turn, can fix computer system failures.
  • Mechanic: He/she can move up to 6 blocks at a turn, can fix power system failures.
  • Doctor: He/she can move up to 8 blocks at a turn, can't fix any failure but can heal others.
  • Captain: He/she can move up to 4 blocks at a turn, can fix any system failures.

Basic Rules:

  • Corridors get disabled after the first time a player navigate through them and they can't be navigated again unless the players have enough oxygen tubes.
  • The player should navigate to the related rooms with their characters' roles in order to fix problems.
  • To reach destination the players have 30 Turns (That might extent if the engine gets stopped)
  • A character can't pass it's turn two times in a row or he/she will die.

Computer System Failures:
When computer system starts to fail these failures can be happening.

  • Life Support: Every turn that life support system is turned off a corridor block gets disabled
  • Route System: Every turn that route system is failing one extra mW of energy will consume

Power System Failures:
When power system starts to fail these failures can be happening.

  • Shield & Meteorites: When shield is inactive the ship will be open to meteorite impacts.
  • Engine: Every turn that engine is turned off the ship won't be moving -it won't consume power either- but after the player will be able to start it again it will consume 3 mW in first turn.

Power-Ups:

  • Medikits: It is using to revive a dead/injured player
  • Oxygen Tubes: It is using to navigate through a previously navigated block.
